కోరకుండా జీత భత్యాలు

జీవితము తమ ప్రజలకేనని

వారి సంపద రక్షకులమని

మభ్య పెట్టిన మహా రాజుల

 మూటలను గొనిమాయమాటల

మభ్యపెట్టెడు న్యాయ వాదుల

నేతిబీరల వాదనమ్ములు

వాస్తవమ్ముల మరుగు పరచగ

తెలిసి కూడా తెలియ నట్లుగ

చూసికూడా చూడనట్లుగ

కళ్ళు మూసీ మూయనట్లుగ

కోర్టు లిచ్చెను తీరుపు

దేశాన కలుగదు మారుపు

మంచి సమయం మించ దొరకదు

మాయువులకిది మార్గదర్శం

అక్రమమ్ముల విక్రమార్కులు

వక్ర మార్గపు చండమార్కులు

కోర్టు వారిని ఆశ్రయించిన

కోరు ఫలితము వచ్చితీరును

Namaskaram Sir, I can write in Telugu . But not learnt in posts . You have said right Sir, that only courts are Sharanyam. But courts are giving not categorical judgements ,in recent case about fatwas that they have upheld law of the land but one can obey fatwa , individual choice but law of the land is absolute and even if one wants to follow will not have laws protection . Now the chance

is to govts who do not legislate for fear of loosing vote banks .

Citizen for fear of reprisals as some loop exist dare not approach court and fear of litigation .

Our democracy is deteriorating into feudalism . We should change the system into American presidential form which neutralises group interests into one interest of popular vote in president. Governor. Mayor and police chief and judiciary which are strong institutional forces and checks and balances . One may think of emergence of conservatism if what? will not set the clock back and sell national interest nor undermine the March of progress nor surrender national strength. It can not revive facism. It is not so in absolute systems like even in communist regimes and military or faith directed governance of authoritarianism.

One may wonder how to achieve , simple popular vote will do it. Our constitution permits. The basic feature is federalism, checks and balances and elections and independent judiciary. Forms of democracy is not the basic feature as the basic features are of democratic governance. One may quote present American condition , it is not going to undermine the strength of system. In our case like any where when security is threatened nation emerges as one but in regular governance what govt can achieve is not happening because of myriad views welcome but are not gelling into one force of action that will push nation ahead. Since we have democracy it is still not weak as said rightly because of courts but here also aberration are visible lately.
